How do you make strategic priorities genuinely stick with 300 leaders across four distinct brands?

Flutter UK&I brought together senior leaders from BetFair, PaddyPower, Sky Betting and Gaming and Tombola for a one-day event in Manchester. The goal: launch the group’s priorities for the year ahead, build a shared sense of purpose, and create real ownership of delivery across four very different businesses.

Our Approach

The challenge wasn’t just communication, it was memorability. Leaders needed to leave not just informed but ready to act.

We created four deliberately distinct experiential spaces, each one designed around a single priority. Different rooms, different creative environments, different levels of interactivity. The distinctiveness was intentional: by giving each priority its own look, feel and experience, we created a separate memory for each, and a clear connection between what the priority meant and what leaders needed to do to deliver it.

Each session took leaders deeper into one area of focus: its significance, its link to the group vision and values, and their specific role in making it happen.

Impact

  • 96% of attendees left with a clear understanding of the business priorities
  • 95% felt equipped to deliver on them within their own business area
  • 300 leaders aligned as one Flutter UK&I – across four distinct brands
