We connected 500 leaders of the global biopharmaceutical group, Ferring, to create ownership and urgency in delivering their ambitious growth strategy.

Through the company’s first ever virtual event, a 3-day programme with dynamic audience attendance was hosted live from a TV studio in Switzerland during the early onset of Covid-19.

Our theme of Leadership Starts With You carried an accountability imperative - leaders must proactively drive the company strategy.  Our programme delivered executive-led sessions, hands-on workshops, user-generated video storytelling gathered from around the globe, and community building.

Among other measures, more than 80% of leaders left the event with specific, defined actions to apply in their area of responsibility.
