Powered By Humans were asked to design day 2 of this pharmaceutical team’s annual marketing kick-off – “Winning in a Competitive Environment”.
Our Approach
During a fun, competitive and highly creative simulation, teams had to rescue fictitious toy company ‘Ye Olde Toys’ from extinction, with a winning strategy, innovative product positioning and a compelling marketing plan.
Using actors playing key roles in Ye Olde Toys, and a series of strategically placed market insights, teams had to work together and in competition with each other, to deliver on the brief.
An important context for teams was to work within the guidance of the company values – without which, nobody wins!
The finale? Pitching plans to the marketing leader ‘Dragons’ to secure vital funding for the firm’s future, the winners being those with the right strategy, skills and behaviours.
