L&D Simulation to Help Marketeers Win In A Competitive Environment
We were asked to design day 2 of this Pharmaceutical team’s annual marketing kickoff - “Winning in a Competitive Environment”.
During a fun, competitive and highly creative simulation, teams had to rescue fictitious toy company ‘Ye Olde Toys’ from extinction, with a winning strategy, product positioning and marketing plan. Using actors playing key roles in Ye Olde Toys, and a series of strategically placed market insights, teams had to work together and in competition with each other, to deliver on the brief.
The finale? Pitching plans to the ‘Dragons’ to secure vital funding to secure the firm’s future, the winners being those with the right strategy, skills and behaviours.
