Our Approach
We created an immersive experience that took leaders inside the reality of Flutter’s safety work. Hard-hitting real-life scenarios were brought to life through immersive theatre. One-to-one conversations with safety operatives gave leaders a ground-level view of the work being done every day. And a guided exploration of the customer journey built understanding and belief in the rigour and care behind Flutter’s approach.
This wasn’t a campaign but an emotional journey, designed to build trust from the inside out.
Following the experience, we facilitated a session with Flutter’s top 16 leaders to explore what comes next for the safety and trust agenda – translating inspiration into specific commitments and activities to drive the priority forward.
