We helped the booking.com leadership team reconnect with their 2000 colleagues after an internal survey showed a disconnect with the business.
We created an 8-day event bringing the business objectives to life through various activations, allowing small groups to get up close and personal with the leadership team, to hear more about the company vision and the business objectives and ask any questions they had, whilst face to face.
