Celebrating A World Of Shining Stars

Like the Grammy awards, but here our audience were also the participants and the winners! We welcomed colleagues from over 40 countries and made it inclusive with multilingual translation and an internationally-friendly start time. The programme began with the CEO giving context and sharing her thanks to the team. Then award nominees waited in a ‘green room’ whilst each award shortlist was called out. When the winners were announced we saw their authentic reactions and we surprised them with prizes and heartfelt messages from their managers.

We achieved significant global impact for less than a local programme budget.
