BT Digital needed to launch and embed new leadership standards across their 5,000-strong team, then upskill the 600 leaders responsible for bringing them to life.

  • Developed a six-episode film series introducing the leadership standards through six friends in a house-share, each with different backgrounds and values, using real comedy to make the messages stick
  • Rolled out the films across the whole organisation to build awareness and emotional connection to the standards
  • Co-created and delivered immersive experiential learning roadshows to upskill 600 leaders across the UK
  • Provided detailed leader guides, facilitation materials, and learning journals aligned with BT’s digital resource hub for continued development
